A lifelong commitment to women’s care: "I’ve been in healthcare since 1996 and in women’s health since 2001. For more than two decades, I’ve cared for women across the full lifespan, from younger patients to midlife and beyond. My experience includes annual exams, problem visits, contraception, abnormal uterine bleeding, PCOS, endometriosis, and menopause, along with extensive hands-on work in gynecologic procedures. Much of my career has been spent helping young and midlife women regulate cycles and feel more in control of their bodies, especially those navigating PCOS and insulin resistance."
Listening changes everything: "One of the most meaningful moments in my practice came from simply slowing down and listening. A patient struggling with anxiety and insomnia during menopause came to see me feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from herself. After taking the time to truly hear her story, I helped her understand what her body was going through and reminded her that menopause looks different for every woman—and that support exists. With a thoughtful, individualized plan, she returned feeling rested, calm, and whole again. That transformation stays with me."
Menopause as renewal: "At Midi, I’m inspired by the opportunity to support women through perimenopause and menopause with care that is personal, empowering, and affirming. Menopause isn’t an ending, it’s a time of growth, renewal, and embracing life fully. My goal is to help every woman feel like herself again, confident and supported every step of the way."
