Book a Visit with Me

A broad clinical background: "I’ve been a family nurse practitioner since 2005, and my career has been primarily focused in primary practice. My background spans adult and adolescent medicine, preventive health, women’s health, and both acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. I’ve always valued building strong relationships with my patients and taking the time to understand the whole person, not just a diagnosis."

Deeper care: "After two decades in family medicine, I saw a real clinical need for deeper, more focused care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. I wanted to build a deeper connection with my patients and help them focus not only on treating symptoms, but on prevention, longevity, and feeling their best."

Listening first: "I believe listening to patients, making them feel heard, and truly empathizing with their concerns is powerful. I want my patients to know that I’m there to help them, and that their experiences and goals matter."

Informed together: "I draw on the latest evidence-based research to keep my patients informed about their options. From there, we make treatment decisions together—so they feel confident in their care and empowered to take an active role in their long-term health."
