Book a Visit with Me

With women through every chapter: "I started in healthcare in 2010 working in women’s health, and began in midwifery two years later. For ten years, I cared for women through every stage of life in a large OB/GYN practice in Columbus, Ohio—from first pregnancies to midlife transitions. Continuing as an in-house midwife, I’ve consistently focused on women’s health, access, and equity."

Care grounded in empathy and equity: "My midwifery background shapes every encounter. ‘Midwife’ means ‘with woman’, and that’s how I approach care—by truly sitting with and listening to each person. At Midi, I’m excited to combine that empathetic foundation with evidence-informed care, using shared decision-making to help women find relief and balance during perimenopause and menopause."

The power of continuity: "Some of my most meaningful moments come from long-term relationships—seeing patients year after year and walking beside them as their lives evolve. Watching them become mothers, professionals, caregivers, and then navigate midlife reminds me why I love this work: it’s an ongoing partnership built on trust, listening, and understanding."

Life in motion: "Outside of work, I love staying active on my Peloton and at CrossFit, volunteering at my kids’ school, and spending time with my family in our historic Columbus neighborhood."
