Curiosity that sparked a calling: "I’ve been drawn to healthcare for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I loved reading about diseases, diagnoses, and treatments, even helping friends and family research their own symptoms. I earned my undergraduate degree in nutrition from Texas A&M, and soon after discovered that working directly with patients offered the perfect blend of science, discovery, and human connection I was looking for. I worked in medical-surgical care in a critical care step-down hospital unit, and developed a special passion for preventive care and finding the root cause of symptoms."
Filling a gap in women’s care: "When I began working in primary care, I quickly noticed how often women’s concerns, especially around hormones, went unaddressed. I’d refer patients out, but many still weren’t finding real solutions. Joining Midi felt like a true blessing because it allows me to use evidence-based practice to help women find relief and long-term health, all from the comfort of their home."
Empowerment through understanding: "One of my most meaningful moments was when a patient thanked me for taking the time to dig into her labs and uncover what others had missed. That experience reinforced my belief in never assuming. I want my patients to understand every step of their plan, feel hopeful after each visit, and know that we’re on this journey together, continuously adjusting their care until they truly feel better."
