Finding my path: "I’ve worked in healthcare in a variety of settings, including inpatient care and primary care, before becoming an advanced practice provider focused on family care. Those experiences taught me how important it is to look at the whole person, not just the immediate problem. Over time, I found myself drawn to women’s health and the opportunity to support women through big life transitions, which led me to Midi."
Moments that stay with me: "Some of the most meaningful moments in my career have come from simply listening. When patients feel heard and understood, everything changes. I’ve seen how taking a few extra minutes to really talk through symptoms, fears, and goals can completely change someone’s health journey and their confidence in their care."
How I approach care: "My care philosophy is simple: care should be collaborative, thoughtful, and personalized. I want patients to feel like we’re making decisions together and that they fully understand their options. Education is a big part of my visits because when patients understand what’s happening in their bodies, they feel more in control and less overwhelmed."
Helping women feel like themselves again: "At Midi, I focus on helping women manage midlife symptoms in a way that fits their life, whether that includes lifestyle changes, non-hormonal options, or hormone therapy. My goal is always to help patients feel better, sleep better, think clearly, and get back to feeling like themselves again."
