Book a Visit with Me

A comprehensive view of care: "I’ve been in healthcare since 1984, starting my career in settings that ranged from labor and delivery to surgery, the ER, and ICU. In 1988, I moved into home health, where caring for people with chronic conditions, especially diabetes, changed how I understood long-term health. For the next decade, I worked for the Indian Health Service, with extensive experience in diabetes and endocrine care, and focused on advanced diabetes management."

Seeing what’s been missed: "Over the years, I’ve cared for many midlife women who struggled to access women’s health care or were told menopause was simply something to endure. As I learned more about the long-term impact of declining hormones, I knew women deserved better guidance and real options. One patient, now 90, has stayed on estrogen therapy despite others recommending her to stop. She still volunteers, plays golf three times a week, and lives with remarkable energy, something she credits to feeling supported in her care. She showed me what aging with vitality can look like."

Listening first: "I begin every visit with open-ended questions so patients can guide the conversation. I want to understand what matters most to them and address those concerns first. Care works best when it’s a partnership, so we talk through options together and make decisions thoughtfully and transparently."

Working for your best: "My goal is to make every patient feel heard, valued, and cared for, giving them all of my attention as if they’re my only patient that day. I work diligently to ease symptoms while also protecting long-term quality of life, because you deserve nothing less than the very best care."
