Building on a decade of care: "I began my nursing career in 2011 and spent ten years working as a nurse before returning to earn my master’s degree. I’ve been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2021, with several years of experience in family practice. That foundation gave me the opportunity to care for patients across all stages of life and truly understand the importance of listening to the whole person."
Listening differently: "One patient experience continues to shape how I practice today. A woman came to me after being placed on antidepressants by multiple providers, but she felt unheard. She asked me for one simple thing, to listen. Together, we looked beyond a depression diagnosis and created a plan that addressed what she was really experiencing. When she returned smiling and told me she finally felt like herself again after two years, it reinforced how powerful it is to truly hear our patients."
Filling a gap for women: "I joined Midi because I wanted to support women through perimenopause and menopause, stages that are often overlooked or misunderstood. There simply aren’t enough accessible, thoughtful options for women in this phase of life, and I felt called to be part of changing that."
Care that starts with being heard: "My approach is rooted in listening first and building a plan that reflects each woman’s unique experience. I want every patient to feel validated, supported, and empowered with options that help her feel like herself again."
