Book a Visit with Me

A lifelong focus on women’s health: "I began my career as a nurse in 2009, working in pediatrics and labor and delivery before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2016. Since then, I’ve spent all of my career in an OB/GYN office caring for women across the lifespan, from teens to older adults. Women’s health has always been my passion, and over the years I’ve gained a lot of experience helping patients navigate perimenopause and menopause."

Small changes, big impact: "One patient who stayed with me was a postmenopausal woman who came in exhausted and frustrated. She wasn’t sleeping well and her hot flashes were severe, but her labs were ‘normal’ and she hadn’t found relief from previous providers. She preferred not to use hormone therapy, so we discussed non-hormonal options and chose a treatment that felt right for her. At follow-ups, she shared how much better she was sleeping and how much her hot flashes had improved. I continued to see her for years, and she often reminded me how much that simple change improved her quality of life. It reinforced how many women are suffering unnecessarily and how meaningful it is to help, one patient at a time."

Listening first: "My approach to care is patient-centered. I start by listening carefully so women feel truly heard and understood. From there, we use shared decision-making to create an individualized treatment plan that fits their symptoms, preferences, and goals."

Clarity and support: "At the end of a visit, I want every patient to feel seen, heard, and confident about what comes next. My goal is for women to leave with a clear plan and the reassurance that they have a partner in their care as they navigate this stage of life."
