A foundation in women’s health: "I began my career as a nurse in 2007 in labor and delivery, where I first developed a deep connection to women’s health. After becoming a nurse practitioner focused on family care in 2012, I’ve worked across women’s health, emergency medicine, family practice, and gynecologic oncology. These experiences have given me a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for how interconnected women’s health truly is."

Seeing the whole picture: "I once cared for a patient who had seen multiple providers and was told her labs were ‘normal,’ and that what she was experiencing was just part of aging. But she didn’t feel normal—she was exhausted, not sleeping, gaining weight, and felt like she was losing herself. Together, we slowed down and looked beyond the numbers. We built a personalized plan that included hormone support, lifestyle changes, stress management, sleep, and movement. Over time, she began to feel like herself again. Her story is one I see every day, and it’s a reminder that every woman deserves to be heard and understood."

Changing the midlife experience: "I joined Midi because too often women are dismissed during perimenopause and menopause. I wanted to be part of something that makes care more accessible, convenient, and truly responsive to what women are going through."

Care that validates and empowers: "My approach is centered on listening, validating, and helping women make sense of what their bodies are experiencing. I want every patient to feel supported, confident, and equipped to move forward, so they can feel like the best version of themselves."
