Book a Visit with Me

A well-rounded path to women’s care: "I’ve been working in healthcare since 2017, starting in the emergency department and continuing through urgent care, primary care, and addiction medicine before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2021. Those experiences taught me how to think quickly, stay organized, and always keep the patient at the center of everything I do. I joined Midi because I saw a real gap—women in midlife are often dealing with complex symptoms that are misunderstood or dismissed, and I wanted to be part of changing that."

Making space to be heard: "One thing I’ve learned is that strong relationships lead to better outcomes. I’m very intentional about building trust with my patients, because when someone feels comfortable and heard, we can create a treatment plan that truly works for them. When a woman comes to me after feeling dismissed, my first priority is to listen, really listen, and take in the full picture, not just what a textbook might suggest."

Care that’s personal and collaborative: "What inspires me most is knowing I can make a real difference in someone’s daily life. I don’t see patients as a checklist, I see them as individuals who deserve time, attention, and a voice in their care. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and always centered on helping women feel understood, supported, and confident in their treatment plan."
