Book a Visit with Me

A path through many corners of healthcare: "I began my nursing career in 2008 and transitioned to advanced practice family care 2021. Along the way, I’ve worked in hospital settings, public health, family practice, and urgent care, and I’ve also spent time as an adjunct professor. These experiences have given me a wide view of healthcare and a deep appreciation for meeting people where they are in their health journey."

Drawn to women’s health: "Over the years, I’ve gained a lot of experience working in women’s health, and I’ve seen how often midlife symptoms are overlooked or dismissed. I joined Midi because I’m passionate about helping women navigate the changes that come with this stage of life with clear information, thoughtful care, and real support."

Helping women feel like themselves again: "What excites me most about working at Midi is the opportunity to help women feel their best during midlife. When sleep improves, energy returns, or brain fog lifts, it can truly change someone’s day-to-day life. Being part of that transformation is incredibly meaningful to me."

Care that starts with listening: "My approach to care begins with listening. Every woman’s experience with midlife changes is unique, so I focus on understanding symptoms, goals, and lifestyle before creating a personalized plan. My goal is for every patient to leave a visit feeling heard, informed, and confident about the path forward."
