Meaningful experience in women’s health: "I’ve been working in women’s health since 2009, caring for patients across a wide range of settings—from hospitals to private practices to freestanding clinics. Those experiences have given me a deep appreciation for how complex a woman’s body truly is, and how often women’s needs go unmet. That awareness is what continues to drive my work today at Midi."
Seeing the gaps—and stepping in: "Early on, I became especially attuned to the barriers many women face when trying to access care. Some don’t feel heard. Others aren’t sure what resources are available to them. Moments spent reassuring women, connecting them to support, and helping them navigate the healthcare system have shaped how I show up as a provider. I want every woman to know that her concerns matter and that she has a voice in decisions about her own health."
Shared decisions, real partnership: "I strongly believe healthcare works best as a shared decision-making process. My role isn’t to dictate care, but to partner with my patients—offering clear information, listening closely, and making decisions together that align with their goals and values."
How I want patients to feel: "At the end of a visit with me, I want my patients to feel heard, important, and safe, confident that they’re receiving thoughtful, individualized care and that they’re never navigating their health alone."
