Rooted in women’s care: "I began my career in healthcare in 2012 in the ICU, where I learned the importance of listening closely and caring for the whole person, not just the problem in front of me. Over the next decade, I worked as a travel nurse and stepped into leadership and management roles, with a strong focus on caring for underserved populations. I was especially drawn to women’s care, including my time in a women’s surgical center supporting women recovering from cancer surgeries. I then pursued further education in women’s health so I could focus fully on caring for women across all stages of life."
Feeling heard matters: "The moments that stay with me most are simple but powerful—when a woman says, ‘Thank you for actually hearing me.’ Too often, women are brushed off or not taken seriously. I never want that to be the experience in my visits."
Care as collaboration: "My approach is centered on collaborative decision-making. I don’t tell patients what to do. I present options, answer questions honestly, and we make a plan together that feels right for their life and goals."
Midlife is for thriving: "Midlife isn’t about getting through the day—it’s a time to thrive, find meaning, and feel good in your body. We still have a lot of life ahead of us, and I’m passionate about helping women feel supported, informed, and empowered during this stage."
