Rooted in women’s health: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2010, beginning my career in labor and delivery. In 2017, I began working in OB/GYN, spending much of my time in gynecology and hormone replacement. Supporting women through midlife became the heart of my work, especially as I saw how deeply perimenopause and menopause can affect daily life."
Relief changes everything: "One of my long-time gynecology patients came to me feeling overwhelmed by perimenopausal symptoms that were impacting her work, her family, and her marriage. She truly thought she was going crazy. After starting hormone therapy and hearing that what she was experiencing was common and treatable, she cried with relief. When she returned four weeks later, her symptoms had resolved and her quality of life was restored. Moments like that stay with me and constantly remind me of the importance of this work."
Care starts with listening: "I once read that patients will never care how much you know until they see how much you care, and that guides everything I do. I listen first, really listen, to understand what my patients are experiencing and what’s most disruptive to their lives."
Personalized, evidence-based support: "At Midi, my goal is to create thoughtful, individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based care. I want every patient to feel heard, supported, and confident that there are real solutions, and that they don’t have to navigate midlife changes alone."
