Book a Visit with Me

A path shaped by care: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2007, and since then, my work has taken me from pediatrics to labor and delivery in refugee camps in Africa, and eventually into family medicine caring for people from newborns to older adults. Along the way, I began working as a lactation consultant and found myself increasingly drawn to women’s health, especially supporting women through perimenopause and menopause within the military community."

Listening as healing: "Again and again, I’ve met women who feel unheard or dismissed when they bring up symptoms that deeply affect their daily lives. I’ve experienced that feeling myself as a patient, and it has shaped my entire approach. I start with open conversation by meeting each woman exactly where she is, validating what she’s feeling, and giving her the education and reassurance she deserves. Many women come in scared of hormones or unsure what’s ‘normal.’ I love helping them understand their options and reminding them they’re not alone."

Why I’m here: "I joined Midi because I believe deeply in its mission. Women deserve focused, compassionate care in midlife, and I want to be part of putting their health at the forefront. I think of my patients like family. I want the best for them, and I believe we all deserve to live well. When life feels off-balance, as it does for all of us at times, my goal is to partner together, find clarity, and help them get back to feeling like themselves."
