A lifelong purpose: “I’ve known I wanted to work in healthcare since I was a kid. For 25 years, I’ve worked in outpatient care, managing complex diseases, and women’s health, including menopause and perimenopause. I also hold a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, focusing on integrative health and healing, which allows me to take a well-rounded approach to care.”
Personal experience, professional transition: “A few years ago, I went through my own struggles with sleepless nights, hot flashes, and unexpected weight gain. It was frustrating, and I didn’t find the answers I needed from my primary care. That experience made me realize how many women are left to navigate midlife challenges alone, and it drove me to focus on midlife women’s health. I know firsthand how life-changing the right support can be.”
Let’s get you to your goals: “Quality care is about shared decision-making, combining evidence-based solutions with the wisdom each woman brings about her own experience. I’m here to listen deeply, offer compassion, and collaborate on solutions that resonate with each person. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing women thrive again, whether it’s sleeping better, losing weight, or regaining their energy.”
