Bridging the gap: "Since 2015, I have worked across emergency medicine, urgent care, aesthetic medicine, and family practice, with a deep focus on caring for women. During graduate school, I completed additional training in urogynecology, gynecology, and women’s family practice, with particular attention to improving care for women in perimenopause and postmenopause."

Drawn to the work: "While working in emergency departments, I cared for women in perimenopause and menopause who felt lost, often struggling to access timely care and ending up in the ED seeking answers for symptoms like postmenopausal bleeding, hot flashes, swelling, and mood changes. Seeing that gap in care firsthand is what led me to Midi. I was drawn to the opportunity to provide accessible, focused care for a population that is so often overlooked."

Grounded in advocacy: "I’m committed to providing compassionate, non-judgmental care in a safe and respectful environment. I strive to ensure every woman feels truly listened to, empowered, and involved in her healthcare decisions. Advocacy is central to my approach, and I take time to understand each patient’s individual medical, emotional, and social needs—because all of those pieces matter."

Partnership as practice: "I see care as a true partnership built on trust, education, and shared decision-making. I take time to explain options, answer questions, and meet patients where they are, so we can create thoughtful, individualized plans together. My goal is for every patient to leave feeling supported, informed, and confident, not just in the plan we’ve created, but in her ability to advocate for herself moving forward."
