Helping women put themselves back on the list: "I’ve been caring for patients since 2015, and after eight years as a nurse at San Gabriel Valley Medical Center, I became a nurse practitioner in 2023. There, I focused my practice on women’s health. My experience includes caring for patients across OB/GYN settings, from preventive care and contraception to PCOS, fertility concerns, perimenopause, menopause, and gynecologic procedures."
When caring for everyone else comes first: "One patient I’ll never forget had spent years caring for her children and supporting both parents through cancer diagnoses. She had postponed her own screenings and pushed through symptoms like poor sleep, hot flashes, stress, and irregular bleeding because she thought she just had to live with them. After a thorough evaluation, we were able to reassure her that her health was on track and create a treatment plan to help her feel better. Seeing her regain energy and improve her sleep reminded me how important it is for women to prioritize their own well-being."
Care built around choice: "When patients meet with me, I focus first on understanding their goals and concerns. I believe healthcare decisions work best when patients have clear information, understand their options, and feel comfortable choosing the path that fits their lives. My role is to provide guidance, explain benefits and risks, and build a plan together."
Focused on midlife women: "I joined Midi because of its commitment to helping women navigate menopause, weight concerns, and the challenges that often arise during midlife. I’m excited by the combination of clinical expertise, education, and innovative technology that helps me provide thoughtful, evidence-based care. My goal is for every patient to leave feeling confident, empowered, and supported in taking charge of her health."
