Rooted in community care: "Starting my healthcare career in 2011, I began in general patient care and later stepped into family practice. Before joining Midi, I spent seven years caring for patients in a family medicine outpatient clinic in Red Oak, Texas. Those years shaped me deeply; they grounded me in whole-person care and taught me the value of truly knowing the families I serve."
A legacy of trust: "One of the things I’m most proud of is the trust I’ve built across generations. I’ve cared for my patients, their children, and even their parents. When someone trusts me with the care of a loved one, it’s the highest form of praise. Those referrals motivate me to keep going above and beyond and to show up with the same commitment every single day."
Inspired by the women closest to me: "My inspiration to work at Midi comes from a desire to give other women the kind of wellness and preventive care I wish my own mom had received. That hope fuels the way I care for women today. I treat every patient with the same respect, tenderness, and honesty I would want for her. My multilingual approach to care is also essential; it allows patients to feel comfortable, understood, and truly heard in the language that feels like home."
