Clarity, partnership, and trust: "I began my healthcare career in an intermediate ICU, where I built a strong foundation caring for patients with high-acuity and medically complex needs. I later transitioned into outpatient primary care internal medicine, earning my Doctor of Nursing Practice along the way. Most of my experience has been in internal medicine, where I manage complex patients and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity, along with acute and preventative care. I also work part-time in psychiatric telemedicine, managing depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply committed to serving underserved and vulnerable populations."
Where gaps became clear: "I was drawn to Midi because its mission reflects gaps I’ve consistently witnessed in practice—especially for midlife women whose symptoms span hormones, mental health, and chronic disease, yet are often minimized or treated in isolation. Midi’s holistic, patient-centered approach aligns closely with how I practice by prioritizing evidence-based care that connects the dots."
Listening reveals the diagnosis: "When patients leave a visit with me, I want them to feel heard, validated, and clear about what’s happening in their bodies and what comes next. My care philosophy is to listen deeply, educate clearly, and partner with women using evidence-based support to help them regain confidence and control over their health."
