Book a Visit with Me

A background serving the underserved: "I’ve been practicing since 2017, working in family health with underserved populations, many without insurance. About half my patients have been women facing infertility, PCOS, birth control decisions, abuse, mental health concerns, and menopause."

Experiences that educate: "Early in my career, I cared for a woman who always presented with a flat affect, coming in only for blood pressure and diabetes checks. When I asked how she was really doing, she admitted to feeling hopeless and overwhelmed as a single mother. We connected her with therapy, community resources, and a treatment plan she felt most comfortable with. Six months later, she returned smiling and full of energy, healthier and more hopeful. She gave me a hug and told me that conversation changed her life. That experience taught me to listen not only to words, but also to gestures, expressions, and the things left unsaid."

Care with compassion: "Conversation is care. I believe curiosity, compassion, and clear education empower women to make confident, informed choices about their health. I meet each patient where she is and create a step-by-step plan that blends evidence-based options with her personal values. My goal is to not only relieve symptoms but also support prevention and long-term quality of life."
