A broad foundation: "I’ve been working in healthcare since 2011, and along the way, I’ve worked in long-term care, hospitals, family care, and high-acuity units. A lot of my time has been spent caring for people of all ages, but my heart has always been in gynecology and women’s health."
Filling an overlooked gap: "I was drawn to Midi because of its sole focus on women’s health and its commitment to deep expertise. Perimenopause and menopause are often overlooked in general care, and I wanted to be part of a model that truly meets women where they are, making care more accessible, thoughtful, and centered on real life."
Getting quality of life back: "One patient came to me feeling exhausted and distracted, unable to sleep because of persistent hot flashes. She felt like her quality of life was slipping away. After we found the right treatment, everything changed—she slept better, focused more clearly at work, and felt present in her life again. Seeing how symptom relief can restore someone’s sense of self is incredibly meaningful to me."
Patient-led care: "I believe care should always be led by the patient. My role is to listen first, then support their goals with my education and training. This work isn’t about me, it’s about honoring each woman’s body, experience, and life."
