Book a Visit with Me

Closing the care gap: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2010, and have been focusing mostly on family care since 2017. Over the years, I’ve worked across internal medicine and family medicine, with a background that includes critical care, neurosurgery, orthosurgery, wound care, and more. That range taught me how to think on my feet, adapt quickly, and always keep the whole person in mind. At Midi, my role is to provide thoughtful, accessible care, especially for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and beyond."

Advocating for women through every stage: "I’ve always been passionate about caring for women across the lifespan, from postpartum care through midlife and menopause. In family medicine, I saw so many women struggling with symptoms they didn’t have words for, wondering if they were in perimenopause, menopause, or something else entirely. I often found myself digging deeper, researching more, and advocating harder so I could give them real answers and relief."

Care that’s personal, not one-size-fits-all: "Symptom relief starts with listening. Every woman experiences hormonal changes differently, so treatment plans should be just as individualized. I work closely with patients to create plans that may include hormone therapy, supplements, lifestyle changes, and other evidence-based options—always tailored to how they actually feel."

Denormalizing suffering: "What inspires me most about Midi is our shared mission of letting women know they’re not alone, their symptoms are real, and help is available. My care philosophy is both preventative and compassionate, using research and proven treatments while never losing sight of the person in front of me."
