Closing the gap: "I’ve been dedicated to caring for women since 2015, and in 2020 I expanded my work in women’s health in an advanced clinical role. My background includes labor and delivery as well as a private OB/GYN practice, where I supported patients from adolescence through menopause. Along the way, I started to notice a pattern—so many women in their 40s and beyond were coming in feeling dismissed or overwhelmed by symptoms they couldn’t quite explain. Being able to help connect the dots and guide patients through perimenopause is work that truly means a lot to me."
A moment that stays with me: "One patient I’ll always remember was diagnosed with premature ovarian insufficiency and had been struggling for years without ever being offered hormone therapy. After we found the right regimen for her, she came back just to tell me how much better she felt, and how much it had changed her life. Those moments stay with me. They’re a reminder of how important it is to really listen and meet patients where they are."
Guidance, not guesswork: "I think of care as a partnership. I like to understand what’s most disruptive for each patient, talk through options together, and take a steady, step-by-step approach to finding what works. There’s no pressure to get it perfect on the first try—we can adjust, rethink, and keep going. At Midi, I’m grateful to be part of expanding access to care and to support patients through this phase with empathy, clarity, and a steady hand to hold along the way."
