Book a Visit with Me

From bedside nursing to deeper answers: "I began my nursing career in 2013 after graduating from Temple University in Philadelphia. My first role was on a neuro floor at an inner-city hospital in New Jersey, where I learned quickly how important it is to listen carefully and think critically about what patients are experiencing. After moving to California, I worked in acute care while earning my nurse practitioner degree and became a nurse practitioner in 2017. I spent time in internal medicine in West Hollywood and then several years in rheumatology in Los Angeles, caring for patients with complex and often difficult-to-diagnose conditions."

Recognizing the missing piece: "In rheumatology, I cared for many women who were exhausted, in pain, and searching for answers. When autoimmune conditions were ruled out, many were left with diagnoses like fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue without a clear path forward. When I later stepped into hormone and longevity care, it opened my eyes to how powerful, and overlooked, hormonal health can be in midlife."

A moment that changed my perspective: "I remember one patient who came to me feeling defeated. She had a young child and wanted the energy to enjoy her life, but she felt miserable every day. When we addressed her hormones, everything shifted—her mood, her energy, her outlook. Seeing her become herself again reinforced how transformative this work can be."

Care built on listening and partnership: "My approach starts with listening and seeing the whole picture. I want my patients to feel educated, hopeful, and confident that a healthy, vibrant future is possible. Together, we connect the dots and build a plan that helps them feel well and stay well for years to come."
