Bridging the care gap: "I graduated from the UCLA School of Nursing in 2015 and began my career at the Pavilion for Women at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, where I cared for women on a high-risk antepartum and surgical gynecology unit. From there, my path led through postpartum care, community psychiatry, and integrative primary care, work that deepened my appreciation for how physical and emotional health intertwine. Most recently, I’ve served as a family nurse practitioner and medical director in internal medicine and wellness settings, supporting patients through everything from chronic disease management to preventive care."
Changing the story for midlife women: "Through my years in primary care, I saw the same pattern again and again—women in midlife struggling with real, disruptive symptoms who were told their labs were ‘normal’ and sent home without answers. Having witnessed this gap, and with my own family’s experiences with breast cancer and premature ovarian insufficiency, I felt called to be part of the change. At Midi, I’m excited to help women find solutions, relief, and confidence in a stage of life that deserves more support and understanding."
Care that listens first: "My approach is centered on shared decision-making and creating space for patients to feel truly heard. During the first visit, I focus on listening to their story and identifying the top concerns we can address together. From there, we build a personalized care plan and stay closely connected through follow-ups, because progress and trust grow over time."
