Book a Visit with Me

A path shaped by variety: "I stepped into an advanced practice role in 2016, and since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work across pediatric emergency medicine, gastroenterology, palliative care, community health, and primary care. That range has shaped how I think about care—seeing patients in so many different settings has reinforced just how important it is to meet people where they are. Alongside my clinical work, I also serve as an adjunct professor at Seattle University College of Nursing, mentoring doctoral nursing students in their final year as they step into practice."

Listening as advocacy: "What stays with me most isn’t one single patient—it’s a pattern I’ve seen again and again. Patients come in feeling vulnerable, frustrated, and unheard. In those moments, I see how powerful it is to slow down, listen, and truly understand what matters to ethem. I think of my role as a partner—someone who helps advocate for their goals and supports them along their path to health."

Whole-person care: "My care philosophy centers the whole person. I believe patients are the experts on themselves, and the best care starts by listening to their stories. That insight allows me to provide care that feels aligned, respectful, and genuinely supportive."

Why Midi: "I was drawn to Midi because of the opportunity to provide patient-centered care for women in midlife—helping them feel heard, validated, and empowered during a time when that support is often missing."
