Prioritizing women’s health: "I began my healthcare career in 2009, working bedside in neuro critical care at a level-one trauma center in Indianapolis. After earning my master’s in nursing in 2018, I treated acute neurological conditions in hospital-based neurology before moving into primary care. Over time, I found myself drawn more and more to women’s health, which eventually led me to transition fully into women’s health and weight management. I also continue to work part-time in aesthetics as an injector."

Care that truly listens: "During my time in a weight loss clinic, I cared for a patient who told me that my support was one of the biggest reasons she reached her goals. I was always judgment-free, celebrated her wins, and helped turn setbacks into motivation. Her cardiologist even commented on her remarkable progress, saying, ‘I don’t care what you’re doing—just keep doing it.’ Moments like that remind me how much improving someone’s health can transform their quality of life and longevity."

Why Midi: "I was frustrated watching women go unheard in traditional settings. Midi’s mission to revolutionize women’s health — along with its strong female leadership — immediately resonated with me. Many of my friends and I are in perimenopause ourselves, and it felt meaningful to support women through this stage with empathy, clarity, and real solutions."

Showing up for patients: "I center my care around what each patient wants to improve most. I start with education and small, achievable goals while keeping long-term outcomes in mind. I encourage celebrating progress and tailor my check-ins to each person’s style — whether they thrive with minimal support or feel best with frequent touchpoints. My goal is always to support women without judgment and help them build a plan that feels realistic, personalized, and empowering."
