Book a Visit with Me

Drawn to women’s health: "I began my nursing career in 2019 as a float pool nurse at St. Joseph’s Hospital, where I cared for patients across many areas of the hospital. In 2021, I returned to Georgetown University to pursue my master’s degree and step into an advanced role in women’s health in 2023. I’ve since worked in community health and in a hormone-focused clinic, supporting women with a wide range of hormonal concerns. In 2025, I completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice at Georgetown, continuing my commitment to growing as a clinician for women."

Inspired by real life: "Growing up with my single mother, I watched her go through menopause and saw how difficult that transition could be. That experience stayed with me and helped guide my path into women’s health. I’ve also experienced my own hormonal challenges, which deepened my empathy and passion for helping women navigate concerns like irregular cycles, hormonal shifts, and the changes that come with midlife."

Listening changes everything: "One patient came to me after seeing several providers who dismissed her concerns about acne, painful periods, and how she felt in her body. By taking the time to truly listen and understand her story, we created a personalized plan that relieved her pain and helped her feel confident in her body again."

Care that empowers: "My approach is centered on listening first. I use evidence-based care to create thoughtful, individualized plans so every woman feels seen, supported, and empowered in her health. My goal is for patients to leave each visit feeling hopeful, informed, and confident about their next steps."
