A path shaped by listening: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2010, beginning as a nurse and moving into an advanced clinical role in 2017. My background is rooted in family medicine, caring for patients across the lifespan. Over time, I developed a deep appreciation for supporting women as they navigate the changes that come with aging—especially the ones that often go unrecognized in traditional primary care."
Connecting the dots: "One patient experience continues to shape how I practice today. She came to me on multiple medications for depression and insomnia, along with various supplements, but something didn’t quite add up. As we talked, it became clear that many of her symptoms were actually tied to perimenopause. Together, we shifted the focus to treating the underlying hormonal changes. A few weeks later, she told me she finally felt hopeful again. More than anything, she felt heard, and that’s what stayed with me."
Empowered care, shared goals: "What drew me to Midi was the chance to focus on women’s health in a way that feels both thoughtful and empowering, alongside clinicians who share that same commitment. My approach is simple: meet women where they are and partner with them to get where they want to be. I believe in equipping each patient with the knowledge, support, and options they need to feel like themselves again."
