A commitment to great care: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2011, starting in home health, community-based primary care clinics, and supporting public health patients. Since 2021, my work has focused on women’s health in GYN and OB/GYN clinics, as well as hormone therapy and weight management. My path into this work was shaped by my own first pregnancy and birth experience—what began as an interest in midwifery ultimately led me to women’s health, where I found the right balance of continuity, impact, and sustainability as a parent."
Trust is everything: "My most recent OB/GYN role allowed me to build deep, lasting relationships with patients. They knew me, trusted me, and felt confident that I was always advocating for them. I’ll never forget patients asking me not to leave, or others proudly telling me they recommended me to anyone struggling with PCOS. Many of these patients had limited resources, which made that trust, and their appreciation, even more meaningful."
Advocacy, always: "My care philosophy is centered on patient advocacy, women’s rights, and personal autonomy. I believe deeply in science-backed care and using evidence to guide thoughtful, honest recommendations."
No one-size-fits-all care: "Especially in midlife care, I take an individualized approach. Every person’s story matters—their symptoms, goals, beliefs, and social and emotional context. When we take the time to truly listen, we can build treatment plans that actually work for real life."
