Book a Visit with Me

From hospital medicine to women’s health: "I became a nurse in 2009 and spent 15 years at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, working in labor and delivery and the ICU before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2021. I later worked in outpatient cardiac surgery, helping guide patients through surgery preparation and recovery. After having my third child, I joined a small integrative medicine clinic in Evanston, where I began working closely with hormone management, supplements, and weight optimization care. That experience completely changed the direction of my work."

Getting the sparkle back: "At 39, I was postpartum and struggling with stubborn weight gain, brain fog, and sleeplessness myself. As I learned more about hormones and metabolic health, I was able to lose 40 pounds, sleep better, and finally feel like myself again. So many of these symptoms overlap with perimenopause, and I understand how overwhelming that season of life can feel when careers, children, parents, and responsibilities are all demanding your energy. I love helping women feel like themselves again, and watching the sparkle come back into their eyes."

Care rooted in trust: "One patient came to me exhausted from severe insomnia and fatigue that made her afraid to drive. She was hesitant about hormone therapy because of fears stemming from older studies, but after talking through her options, she felt comfortable starting treatment. A month later, she told me she finally had her energy back. Moments like that remind me why this work matters so much. I want every patient to leave feeling validated, understood, and empowered that we’re working together toward their goals."
