Book a Visit with Me

Called to women’s health from the start
: "I always knew I was destined for a career in medicine dedicated to women’s health. As a young girl, I remember nerding out over books about pregnancy, curious to learn more. When I became a nurse in 2015, I landed my dream job after being told that new graduate nurses usually need experience before specializing in OB. I started in Maternal Child Health at Valley Health System and later cross-trained across labor & delivery, NICU, pediatrics, and women & children’s services. In 2020, I stepped into an advanced practice role and worked alongside my longtime OB/GYN mentor—a full-circle moment that deepened my purpose. My clinical interests include: anti-aging and longevity, treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, ADHD in women, endometriosis, and high-risk pregnancy."

A front-row seat to every season
: "I’ve supported high-risk antepartum patients on bedrest, walked new parents through those overwhelming first days, and treated women who finally felt heard after years of dismissed symptoms. One of the greatest honors is when a patient brings her daughter or mother in for a visit with me. That privilege reminds me that this work is about genuine lasting connection, not just diagnosis and treatment."

Breaking the silence in midlife
: "Women are powerful, awe-inspiring beings, and far too often, they’re conditioned to put themselves last. At Midi, I’m passionate about changing the narrative around women’s health and menopause. Menopause is a natural transition, not the end of vitality or purpose. You deserve to feel strong, clear-minded, energized, and confident in your body. There’s no better time than right now to make your needs and well-being a priority — without guilt!"
