Rooted in women’s health: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2010, but my path in women’s health began long before that. I have extensive experience caring for women and newborns across gynecology, mother/baby, and well-baby nursery settings. I’ve also worked as a traveling nurse, which taught me how to meet patients where they are and adapt quickly while keeping care personal and grounded."
Comfort changes everything: "My decision to work in women’s health grew out of my own experience as a teenager with a provider who made me feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. Later, when I couldn’t find that same level of comfort as a patient myself, I realized how powerful it is when women feel at ease with their provider. I’ve seen firsthand how embarrassment or discomfort can keep women from sharing what they’re really going through, especially during menopause."
Listening as care: "Listening is one of the most powerful tools we have. I focus on building trust so patients feel comfortable talking openly, even about symptoms they’ve been carrying quietly for years. I spend time explaining what’s actually happening in their bodies and use shared decision-making to create a plan that feels right for them."
Hope at the center: "What inspires me most is seeing patients come back for follow-ups smiling and feeling like themselves again. I want every patient to leave with hope, knowing their symptoms are real, manageable, and that they don’t have to navigate this stage of life alone."
