A dedicated career in women’s health: "I’ve spent my entire career caring for women. I began working as a nurse in 1994, and throughout my career have gained experience in labor and delivery, childbirth education, and management. I became a women’s health nurse practitioner in 2008 and went on to work in OB/GYN offices and with a large high-risk obstetrics group."

Finding my way to Midi: "I first came to Midi as a patient, and I had such a great experience that I knew I wanted to be part of the team. I’m passionate about midlife women’s health because it has been overlooked for too long. Women deserve better and easier access to healthcare, and I want to help women understand the options available to help them feel their best."

Listening is care: "One of the most eye-opening parts of my work has been hearing patients tell me they feel heard. It has reinforced how important it is to truly listen and understand what is bothering someone before deciding on treatment. I want every woman to leave feeling that her concerns were taken seriously and that she has someone who will work hard to help her feel her best."

One step at a time: "I like to be direct and start by asking what is bothering a patient the most. We can address everything, but sometimes it’s best to tackle a few symptoms at a time. Starting too many medications, supplements, or hormones at once can make it difficult to know what’s helping—or causing unwanted side effects. I find my patients appreciate this thoughtful, step-by-step approach."
