A career pivot with purpose: “After working in the fitness industry for a number of years, I became a nurse in 2013 to help people. I quickly fell in love with women’s health, drawn to the power of informed, compassionate care. Over the years, I’ve worked across urology and women’s health, seeing firsthand how menopause and hormonal changes impact every aspect of a woman’s well-being.”
The mind-body connection in menopause: "My background in urology gives me a unique perspective on women’s health, especially when it comes to menopause and perimenopause. I’ve seen how hormonal changes can impact everything from pelvic floor function to sexual health and quality of life. I take a urogynecological approach, integrating what I know about the pelvic and urinary systems with hormonal health to offer comprehensive care."
Confidence through knowledge: “When I see a patient, my priority is to make sure she leaves feeling informed and empowered. I take the time to explain symptoms and discuss evidence-based options, so she feels like a partner in her own care. I never want a woman to feel unsure about what’s happening in her body.”
