From the ER to women’s health: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2010, starting my career in the emergency department of a large community hospital, where I also worked as a Mobile Intensive Care Nurse for Los Angeles County and served as a relief charge nurse. During that time, I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. After becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I began working in a Women’s Health/OB/GYN setting in Southern California, where I discovered a deep passion for caring for women across all stages of life."

A turning point: "Losing my best friend to cancer changed how I see both life and care. We had planned to go through Nurse Practitioner school together, and in the wake of that loss, I found the strength to keep going—with a renewed sense of purpose. That experience continues to shape how I show up for my patients, with empathy, presence, and a deep understanding that every moment matters."

Filling a gap: "I joined Midi because I saw how overlooked and misunderstood midlife can be for women. It can feel confusing and overwhelming, and I wanted to be part of a team that is changing that—helping women feel supported, informed, and confident during this transition."

Care that feels safe: "My goal is for every patient to feel heard, understood, and never alone. I strive to create a space where women feel safe sharing their concerns and confident that we’ll navigate their health together with compassion and clarity."
