A lifelong commitment to women’s health: "My journey in healthcare began a long, long time ago. I became a registered nurse in 1996, and throughout my career I have always worked in women’s health. For nearly 20 years, I was a labor and delivery nurse, caring for women during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. After taking time away from work to raise my daughter, I decided to pursue a master’s degree and further my ability to care for women. In 2020, I completed a women’s health nurse practitioner program and continued my lifelong commitment to women’s healthcare."
Passionate about helping women thrive: "My time in labor and delivery greatly shaped my approach to care. Being present during a patient’s most intimate experience taught me the importance of trust, compassion, and truly listening. For many women, becoming a mother is the greatest experience of their lives, and I loved being part of that journey. As I have gotten older, I have become especially passionate about perimenopause and menopause care because I have seen women suffer for far too long. I am committed to helping women understand that treatment options exist and that they do not have to navigate these changes alone. I chose Midi because of the access it provides to all women. Great healthcare can be delivered from the privacy of home, making expert care more accessible than ever."
A judgment-free partnership: "My care is unique because I truly believe what my patients tell me. I listen without judgment and create a space where women can feel comfortable discussing even the most sensitive concerns. Women’s health can sometimes feel embarrassing, and there is often shame associated with vaginal health. I want my patients to know they can tell me anything, and I will meet them where they are on their journey."
Where you’ll find me: "Outside of work, I love traveling with my 17-year-old daughter. Whether we are exploring close to home or abroad, we are always searching for the perfect croissant."
