A career full of making a difference in women’s healthcare: "I started in healthcare in 2017, and most of my career has been in primary care in rural Wisconsin, where I was one of only two female providers in a community of 10,000 people. Because of that, I saw a large number of women’s health concerns, and it quickly became clear that supporting women in midlife was the work I felt most connected to."

Seeing what others overlooked: "One moment that has stayed with me was caring for a woman who had been struggling with sleep for years. She’d gone through an extensive workup for sleep apnea, depression, and lifestyle factors, and still nothing improved. No one had ever talked to her about perimenopause. Once we explored that connection and she started HRT, her sleep, and her quality of life, changed dramatically. Moments like that remind me how often women’s concerns are dismissed or misattributed, and how important it is to listen closely and consider the full picture."

Prioritizing partnership: "My care philosophy centers on meeting patients where they’re at. I don’t believe in dictating care, I see myself as a resource, offering evidence-based information and thoughtful guidance so each person can make the decisions that feel right for them."

Helping women thrive in midlife: "At Midi, I’m inspired by our patient-centered approach. We validate concerns, we slow down, and we focus on helping women feel better, more informed, and more in control. My goal is for every woman to feel like she’s truly thriving in this stage of life."
