Closing the gap: "I became a nurse in 2016 and a nurse practitioner in 2021, with a focus on women’s health and improving quality of life as women age. I joined Midi because I saw how many women were struggling to find meaningful support during menopause and midlife transitions. Too often, patients had seen several providers without finding the right fit or a treatment plan that truly addressed what they were experiencing. I’m grateful to be part of a team that creates space for women to finally feel heard and cared for."
Listening first: "My approach is calm, caring, and collaborative. I value listening closely and gathering all the details so we can create a plan together that feels realistic and personalized. I believe that understanding a patient’s life experiences, stressors, routines, and goals helps reveal the bigger picture and leads to better care."
Care that feels personal: "One of the most meaningful parts of this work is hearing patients say they finally feel understood after searching for answers for so long. I want women to leave visits feeling supported, informed, and confident that we are working together toward solutions that improve how they feel every day."
