Book a Visit with Me

From critical care to prevention: "I began my healthcare career in the ICU in 2009, where I witnessed how conditions like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer ripple through the entire body—and through families. That experience led me toward preventive care and, ultimately, women’s health. Since 2013, I have worked in low-risk OB/GYN settings, high-risk obstetrics, and across the full lifespan—from teenage years through post-menopause. Again and again, I saw how attentive, proactive care can change not just health outcomes, but lives."

Listening as medicine: "What stays with me most are the words I hear so often at the end of visits, ‘I finally feel heard.’ Whether or not someone chooses a specific treatment, that feeling matters deeply to me. I love building relationships over time and being flexible as a woman’s life evolves. Midlife care isn’t something you solve in one visit—it’s a journey, and I’m honored to be a partner along the way."

Midlife deserves better: "Perimenopause and menopause represent decades of a woman’s life, yet they’ve long been overlooked. As someone walking through midlife myself, I’m passionate about changing that—bringing evidence-based care, clear education, and real support to this chapter. I want women to leave visits feeling informed, confident asking questions, and empowered to define their own goals."

Care that fits real life: "My approach blends evidence-based medicine with curiosity, compassion, and a whole-person lens. I care about what life actually looks like for you on the day to day—because sustainable care has to fit the life you’re living. At Midi, I’m excited to help restore trust, expand options, and support women in aging with quality, purpose, and joy."
