Book a Visit with Me

A lifelong focus on women’s health: "I’ve been working in healthcare since 1998, when I became a nurse, and became a nurse practitioner in 2003. My career has taken me through community clinics and hospitals across New York City, all centered around caring for women. Along the way, I’ve also taught graduate nurse practitioner students, which has been incredibly rewarding. Women’s health has always been my focus—especially prevention, screening, and making sure patients have the information they need to take charge of their health."

Access changes everything: "One patient I cared for wasn’t able to get the quality care she needed because of limited insurance and lack of information. That experience stayed with me. It reinforced how much patient education and access to care can truly change outcomes—helping detect disease earlier and giving women the tools to advocate for themselves."

Meeting a critical need: "I was drawn to Midi because there is still such a gap in support for women, especially in midlife. Being able to care for patients remotely feels powerful—it opens doors for women who might otherwise go without care."

Care beyond symptoms: "Symptom relief matters, but I believe the most important part of care is listening. I approach every visit by seeing the whole person, not just a set of symptoms. When patients feel heard and supported, we can build a plan together that truly fits their lives."
