Whole-person care through every season of life: "I’ve been in medicine since 1997, with extensive experience caring for women at all stages of life, through premenopause, perimenopause, and postmenopause. For 15 years, I worked in primary care, focusing on women ages 30–70 and helping them navigate everything from acute and chronic conditions to disease prevention and long-term wellness. I’ve also worked in diabetes and weight management and have a deep interest in lifestyle medicine and food addiction."
Listening as the first step toward healing: "For me, finding the root cause of a woman’s symptoms starts with truly getting to know her—what’s going well, where she’s struggling, and what matters most to her. Over time, as trust builds, I help her see the bigger picture of her health and together we create realistic, meaningful goals. My patients know they don’t have to do this alone; I’m their partner on the journey."
Restoring faith in care that listens: "One patient once told me I’d restored her faith that there are healthcare providers who truly care. She came to me discouraged and jaded after years of feeling unheard, but through our long-term relationship, she rediscovered herself and her confidence in care. Experiences like that remind me why I do this work."
Standing up for midlife women: "Midi Health’s mission to close the gender gap in care for midlife women deeply resonates with me. As a woman in midlife myself, I know what it feels like to be dismissed, even as a clinician. I want to change that. I’m proud to be part of an organization that says, ‘This is unacceptable, and we are the change.’"
