Book a Visit with Me

Care with genuine compassion: "I became a nurse in 2006 and earned my master of science in nursing in 2016. Since becoming a nurse practitioner, I’ve worked in family practice and urgent care, with much of my career spent in federally qualified health centers caring for underserved communities. That work taught me the importance of looking at the whole picture — psychological, social, financial, and personal factors all matter when it comes to delivering effective, individualized care. More than anything, I learned how important it is to truly listen."

Helping women feel heard through every transition: "As a perimenopausal woman myself, I’ve seen firsthand how often women’s symptoms are dismissed or minimized. That’s a big part of what drew me to Midi. I want women to feel heard, supported, and empowered as they move through this transition. I’m inspired by the opportunity to help revolutionize women’s healthcare using the most evidence-based research available, while still making care feel personal and compassionate."

A holistic approach to midlife health: "My philosophy is to treat patients holistically and tailor care to each individual. I want patients to feel comfortable sharing openly and confident that their concerns are being taken seriously. Outside of medicine, I love hiking, paddling, cycling, traveling, and spending time with my husband, our dog, and two cats."
