Book a Visit with Me

Rooted in listening: "I’ve been working in healthcare since 2006 and became a nurse practitioner in 2016 after earning my master of science in nursing. I have extensive experience in urgent care, primary care, and internal medicine. Throughout my career, I’ve cared for many women who felt their concerns were brushed aside or not fully heard. Those experiences have shaped how I show up as a provider. I try to create space for patients to share openly and feel taken seriously. As a woman in midlife myself, I understand some of these experiences firsthand, which helps me connect with my patients in a more personal way."

When being heard changes everything: "I once cared for a woman in her 30s who had been seen multiple times for rectal bleeding and constipation. She kept being given the same treatments, but no one listened when she said something felt wrong. She didn’t have insurance, so I helped connect her with a charity program for a colonoscopy. They discovered a tumor so large the scope couldn’t pass—it was stage 3 colorectal cancer. She’s now in remission, but I still think about how close she came to being overlooked. That experience stays with me in every patient interaction."

Care that meets you where you are: "I focus on what matters most to each patient and build a plan together that feels safe, evidence-based, and realistic for their life. My goal is always to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms."

Why Midi: "I love being part of Midi because it brings thoughtful, evidence-based care to midlife women, an area that has been overlooked for far too long."
