Drawn to women’s care: “I began my career with degrees in nutrition and exercise science, but while working with women, I realized nursing was my calling. In 2006, I completed an accelerated BSN program with the goal of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Since 2014, I’ve specialized in women’s health, including chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, and urogynecology, especially for women over 40.”
Leading with listening: “Having faced challenges with PCOS, I know what it feels like to be dismissed and misunderstood by healthcare providers. My own journey through perimenopause made me realize how vital it is to have compassionate, informed care during midlife transitions. At Midi, I hope to help women with complex symptoms that often go unrecognized. I want my patients to feel heard, valued, and validated, ensuring they receive the support they deserve.
We’re just two women chatting: “I am just another person navigating health challenges, and I strive to create a comfortable, collaborative environment. My goal is to offer evidence-based recommendations while empowering women to choose what best fits their lifestyles and goals. It's all about two people working together to find the best path forward.”
