Caring for my community: "I started in healthcare in 2007 and earned my Masters of Science in Nursing in 2017. After a year in urgent care, I stepped into a rural family practice when a longtime physician retired. Growing up just 20 minutes away, it meant a lot to care for people from my own community and help bring quality care close to home."
Teaching and connection: "During my master’s program, I discovered how much I love women’s health, especially the chance to educate and support women through every stage of life. In family practice, wellness visits were always my favorite because we could talk about diet, exercise, and long-term health goals in a real, down-to-earth way."
Blending medicine with lifestyle: "In family practice, I noticed that many of my patients preferred to focus on lifestyle changes and supplements, which inspired me to dive deeper into research and integrative care. At Midi, I love that we take that same balanced approach, combining evidence-based medicine with practical, holistic support to help women in midlife feel their best and take charge of their health."
