Book a Visit with Me

Following curiosity: "In 1998, I began my healthcare career in the emergency room, where I quickly discovered how much I loved the complexity of medical diagnoses. That curiosity led me to graduate school, where I earned my masters in nursing in 2003 from the University of Colorado. Over the years, I’ve had extensive experience working in emergency care, urgent care, internal medicine, integrative medicine, and women’s health. Across every setting, I’ve always been drawn to treating the whole person, not just a list of symptoms."

Learning it firsthand: "My focus on women in midlife grew from personal experience. When I struggled to find answers for my own symptoms, I took a deep dive, learning everything I could about what was happening in my body and what treatment options truly helped. That journey shaped how I practice today and allows me to deeply empathize with patients who come in feeling confused, frustrated, or unheard."

Listening as care: "Patients often tell me they finally feel listened to and understood, sometimes for the first time. I believe many symptoms are preventable through healthy lifestyle choices, while also recognizing when medications or supplements are the right next step. I practice in a holistic, integrative way whenever possible, always keeping individuality at the center. My goal is simple, to meet patients where they are, listen closely, and build a thoughtful, personalized plan together."
