Learning care through many lenses: "I’ve been working in healthcare since 2016, starting in acute care rehab before finding my home in labor and delivery and postpartum care. From 2017 to 2022, I supported women through pregnancy, birth, and recovery in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I transitioned to family care in 2022 and began my advanced practice career in urgent care before moving into OB/GYN care in an outpatient setting. Today, much of my focus is on gynecologic care, including abnormal uterine bleeding, hormone therapy, pelvic pain, birth control counseling, STIs, and preconception care."
Inspired by care done right: "My path into women’s health was shaped by the midwife who cared for me during my own pregnancies and deliveries. I loved the way she explained everything and truly partnered with me in my care. I knew I wanted to be that person for other women—someone who shows up with knowledge, patience, and compassion."
When being heard changes everything: "I see many midlife patients who have been told their symptoms are ‘normal,’ that hormone therapy isn’t safe, or that they just need to diet or exercise. They often arrive feeling dismissed and discouraged. When we create a thoughtful plan together and I see them at follow-up, the change can be remarkable—no more tears, more hope, and a sense that someone is finally listening."
Whole-person care: "I believe healing starts with listening. I care for the whole person, physically, mentally, and spiritually, and my goal is for every patient to leave feeling heard, supported, and confident in their options."
