A foundation in whole-body health: "I began my clinical journey with a bachelor’s degree in exercise and wellness, with minors in nutrition and gerontology, later earning a master’s degree in nursing at Yale. My graduate training included a diabetes concentration and working on a medicine–renal unit at Yale New Haven Hospital. My early career took me into endocrinology, where I gained a lot of experience supporting patients with diabetes, thyroid conditions, and weight concerns."
Finding my way to menopause care: "I was fortunate to have early exposure to menopause care during training, which sparked an interest that deepened after discovering the work of leaders in this space. As I learned more, it became clear that sleep, hot flashes, and hormonal shifts are deeply connected to metabolic health. I pursued additional education and found my way to Midi, a place where this work is truly valued."
Listening, then problem-solving: "I’m a firm believer that patients don’t all fit into the same mold. I love listening closely, then troubleshooting creatively until we find what actually works for you. If a common solution isn’t the right one, I want you to know there are other options, and we’ll keep working until your quality of life improves."
Care that connects everything: "My approach is holistic and practical. We can’t talk about feeling better without talking about sleep, movement, food, medications, hormones, and the rest of your life. Some of my most rewarding moments are helping people in perimenopause finally sleep through the night again. That kind of relief changes everything."
