A career centered on women: "I began my healthcare career in 2011, working in medical-surgical care, cardiology, and postpartum. In 2019, I advanced my clinical training in women’s health and continued my work caring for women in reproductive family planning and urogynecology. Throughout every stage of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to care for women across their lifespan—from early reproductive health to postpartum, and the midlife transition. Those experiences showed me how often women are left searching for clear, supportive guidance about their own bodies."
A moment that changed my perspective: "While working in cardiology, many women asked why there wasn’t more information about women’s health—especially when it came to heart health. Those conversations stayed with me. They highlighted how much of our research and education has historically centered on men, and they strengthened my commitment to helping women feel informed, represented, and supported in the healthcare system."
Expanding access to care: "That passion led me to join Midi. I believe virtual care can reach women who may not otherwise have access to knowledgeable providers during midlife. This stage of life can bring confusing and sometimes overwhelming symptoms, and I want women to know they don’t have to suffer in silence. There are answers, and there is support."
Care built on listening: "My approach is rooted in listening, empathy, and collaboration. I want every patient to feel heard and respected, and to leave our visit with clarity and hope. My goal is to provide the education and guidance women need to make informed decisions about their health, and to remind them they’re not alone in this transition."
